What do I need to bring to the signing appointment?

Please have the following documentation with you at the time of the signing, a valid government-issued photo ID, the lender or signing agency may also require a second form of ID . If you do not provide these documents, we will not be able to complete the service.

What are your travel fees?

Travel fees are based on distance and location, and are always discussed and agreed upon in advance. Fees are negotiable to ensure fair and convenient service.

How soon can I book a signing?

Signings may be booked in advance or on short notice. Last-minute appointments are often acceptable, depending on distance and time of day. Please contact me directly to confirm availability.

Do you provide a witness if I need one?

With sufficient notice, I can often provide a witness for your signing. Please let me know in advance if a witness will be required so I can make the necessary arrangements.

Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in Florida?

In addition to mobile notary services, I am a certified Remote Online Notary.
